How to choose the right size? Is there a size chart available?

A size chart is not available, because the goods are supplied by different manufacturers, whose sizes differ. The information about the sizes available from the suppliers is available in the description of the specific item. If the received product does not fit after receiving it, you have the opportunity to return it to us free of charge within 14 days from the moment of receiving the order, according to the return instructions.

Is it possible to try on clothes? Is any of the products available in physical store?

LuuTe is an online store and we do not have a physical store where the product can be tried on before placing the order. Size information is available from suppliers, this information can be seen next to the description of each product. If the received product does not fit, you have the opportunity to return it to us free of charge within 14 days from the moment of receiving the order, according to the return instructions.

Can I make changes to the order or cancel it completely?

Until you receive a notification that the order has been prepared and will soon be out for delivery, it is possible to make changes to the delivery address, specified e-mail, phone number, as well as the possibility to refuse part of the goods or cancel the order completely.

To inform us of the change, contact us as soon as possible by writing to luutelv@gmail.com or by calling WhatsApp +371 26212001 on working days during the specified working hours and we will check whether it is possible to make the change.


If the payment has already been made in the online system (Paysera, Stripe) when creating the order, then you can cancel the goods or the order after receiving the goods by returning the goods free of charge according to the return instructions.

How long does it take to pay for the order if I choose to transfer by invoice?

When placing an order and choosing to pay by bank transfer, the order must be paid within 2 working days of the order being placed. The ordered goods are reserved for you for 2 working days until the order payment is received. The order will then be automatically cancelled.

How long does it take to ship the order?

After receiving the payment, the order is prepared within one working day. After receiving notification that your order is ready to be shipped, we will deliver it within two business days.

Are the goods sent abroad?

We ship goods not only throughout Latvia, but also to Estonia and Lithuania (using Omniva deliveries). If you need to send goods to other countries, contact us in writing at luutelv@gmail.com or by calling WhatsApp +371 26212001 and we will agree on the possibility of delivering the order elsewhere.

How can I find out the status of my order?

After receiving the payment for the order, you will receive a notification about the preparation of the order within one working day, which will also include the shipment number. By entering the shipment number here or on Omniva's website, you can see which of the delivery stages your order is in.
